Seewinkel National Park

Some impressions of the Seewinkel National Park (July 2021)

The Neusiedler See-Seewinkel National Park is a national park in eastern Austria. The park extends over an area of 97 square kilometres of the province of Burgenland and protects parts of the westernmost lake of the Eurasian Steppe.

Last July was very hot and dry in the region, and most of the small lakes of the National park already dried out. It is always a pleasure to go for a walk around the Neusiedler Lake, especially to capture sunsets like these.
